What is a home watch service, and why do I need it?As defined by the National Home Watch Association, Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. We know from experience that it’s not if problems will happen it’s when. We are there for the when.

What happens if you find a problem at my home?If we identify an issue, we notify you immediately with a detailed report, including photos and recommendations. With your approval, we can coordinate repairs or maintenance using trusted service providers to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

How do you charge for home watch?Home Watch services are based on square feet. Please feel free to call or send us a message and we will share our pricing list with you.
